Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

DWIT GROUP LLC offers a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all our products. (certain conditions apply)

RETURNS: Purchase can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please contact us BEFORE shipping the device back. You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number or account email address. We will need to send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Once we can issue you an RMA # you are now able to return the device. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online along with the RMA #. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact. The returned product MUST be returned to its original packaging with no damage and must be able to power up. Once the product has been shipped back to DWIT Group LLC our returns department will inspect the device for any physical damage, the operating system must be able to boot, and package completeness. If not, you the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges are accepted for the same model you originally purchased. Acceptable reasons for exchanges are if the device has a DEVICE PROHIBITED on boot up. If the device arrives damaged, please contact us BEFORE shipping the device back. You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number or account email address. We will need to send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Once we can issue you an RMA # you are now able to return the device. You must email us a picture showing the problem and/or reason for the exchange. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact. All SuperBox products come with a manufacturer 1 Year Warranty purchased from our site. If you experience any hardware issues with your streaming media player, please send an email to info@dwitgroupllc.com. Our technical support will see if we can help diagnose the issue. If your returned device is defective and you are within your 1-year warranty period, we will either repair or replace your unit free of charge.
Return and Request Refund:
Please review our return policy and then send us an email to info@dwitgroupllc.com We will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price on any unopened product, however, you are responsible for return shipping cost.
