RETURNS: Purchase can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please contact us BEFORE shipping the device back. You must be the original purchaser of the product – and be able to provide an order number or account email address. We will need to send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Once we can issue you an RMA # you are now able to return the device. You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online along with the RMA #. Ensure that all articles in the package are intact. The returned product MUST be returned to its original packaging with no damage and must be able to power up.
